Remote Service — Available for business and homeowners, offered at a discount from Onsite service. Please phone (281) 748-7829 to set up an appointment. On the appointed day and hour, our technician will call you and give instructions for the remote tech support service.
How does Remote Service Work? Using Advantig OneClick screen sharing technology our Technician performs tech support on your computer. The screen sharing software uses minimum 128 bit encryption for security. The remote service connection is initiated when you click on the appropriate yellow icon.
This is a safe,secure, virus free, & malware free download. When it is time for your tech support session, click on the yellow icon and then follow the instructions of our technician. This download connects your pc to our computers and allows our Technician to see your screen and share your keyboard & mouse. The Technician can help you just as if he (she) were sitting next to you. A chat window is available and also telephone communication.
How much does it cost? There is a minimum charge which is $15 and covers the first 15 minutes, thereafter the cost is billed per minute at the same rate of $1 per minute, which equals an hourly rate of about $60, but you only pay for exactly the time you need.
How to Pay Online It is very easy to make a secure online payment by clicking on the PayPal button below. This will take you to a secure Paypal payment page where you can pay by any credit card or with a Paypal account. You can pay for remote service sessions or any other invoices for any services provided onsite or in-shop. You will receive a receipt by email. Monthly Remote Service Contract — available for business and homeowners, sign up for a monthly contract and receive a discount on service calls and tech support. Please phone for details and to sign up. After obtaining your monthly contract, please click here on the green icon to install the tech support software (for monthly contract clients only). This is installed on a server, workstation or a pc.
